Hello, thank you for coming. So I understand you've been doing quite well in the interview
process and you might be a little bit surprised that I asked you to see me myself. I'd like
to vet all of our new employees here at Team Locked and well we have our own little quirks
about the way that we run our company. I'm sure some of them might have been explained
to you, in particular the fact that all workers under management level have to be locked.
